Personal philosophy:
Enlighten students to comprehend the importance and benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Most important, teaching should be fun, enjoyable, exciting, contagious and challenging for the students.

I am a first year Physical Education teacher who believes that all students can thrive in physical activity. It is with great pleasure to work for the community I was raised in and finally pay back with my passion on physical education. I graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a BA in Kinesiology. I also obtained my teaching credential at CSUS and was fortunate to get the opportunity to intern at Cesar E. Chavez Middle School as a Physical educator last year 2015-2016.

I was born and raised in Planada. I come from a family of six. Engaged to the love of my life and anxiously waiting for the big day. I am a huge Dodgers fan but I am sure your children will tell you all about it. I also enjoy working-out at CrossFit Merced, where I learn about body awareness through gymnastic movements and Olympic lifting. Finally but not least, I enjoy traveling and spend time with my beautiful family.
